What can I expect from a boudoir session with Jeri Hoag Photography?

First of all you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Expect to be pampered at your boudoir photography session. We start off with having your hair and make-up done. Then the fun begins with the poses. Don’t worry, I will instruct and show you what to do. My hope is that you will leave your photo shoot feeling empowered and full of confidence.

What do I wear to a boudoir photo shoot?

Arrive for your session in loose clothing to avoid any indentations from elastic or tight fitting clothing. The most popular boudoir outfits to wear are 2 piece lingerie sets, a teddy one piece suit, tight fitting tank top, or even an off-shoulder sweater, or button up shirt. Rings are fine to wear to your boudoir portrait session, but other jewelry isn’t necessary and sometimes can get in the way in different poses.

How do I prepare myself for a boudoir photo shoot?

– Come with clean, blowdried hair

-Make sure your face is clean and bare

-Moisturize your entire body, espcially your face

-Be sure to hydrate- drink lots of water days before your session.

Why do a boudoir photo shoot?

-A great way to celebrate yourself!

-To feel empowered and gain self-love

-A gift for a significant other

What time do you typically schedule a boudoir photo shoot

My boudoir sessions are typically scheduled Monday-Friday at 10am and last till about 4pm. This allows plenty of time for hair and make-up, going over outfits, the actual session and your photo reveal and ordering session.

How do I schedule my boudoir session?

To schedule your boudoir photo shoot, simply contact me by phone or email. When you contact me, we will then set up a phone consultation where we will go over the details. Once you’ve paid your session fee and picked a date your session is locked in.

Where does your boudoir photo shoot take place?

Your boudoir session will take place in downtown St. George, Utah at the Gardner Home Collective studio. The studio has nice warm wood floors with a variety of neutral tone furniture for props.

Do you post all boudoir images online?

I know boudoir images are intimate, therefore, I would never post anything without your permission and a signed model release. All the images you see online are images that my clients have given me permission to share.
