Meet Miss Nora came to visit at the studio in downtown Goshen when she was just twelve days old. Born at 8:33 a.m. after mom was in labor for fourteen hours, this little gal makes her parents feel so very complete. Falling in love at first sight with his sweet baby girl, dad has a special fondness for her tiny hands. Mom, who just couldn’t believe that her little girl was finally here, loves her nose. As a newborn, Nora looked most like her dad. This surprised mom who expected Nora to look like her, but bald. As the days have passed; however, she has begun to look more like mom. Eye contact with baby is one of the most precious experiences that mom and dad share with their new little girl.
Dad did most of the prep for Miss Nora’s grand appearance as mom was unable. However, she did supervise the car seat installation – which proved to be a bit of a struggle. The rest of the preparation for Nora went smoothly with the most difficult part being deciding which baby products to use. Both mom and dad wanted the best product for baby with the most affordable prices.
Mom said that if Nora had been a boy she might have been named Jaxson or Brayden. Luckily for them though, they only had one name chosen for a little girl. This made naming baby easy. Dad was especially nervous to learn that he was going to father a little girl, but mom said, “now that she is here he is a pro!”
Upon learning that they were to become parents, mom called dad into the room and showed him the positive test results. Mom said, “We both were flooded with emotions – mostly excited, definitely a little scared and nervous.”
